Ruth Vaughan Setting Manager:- Trained to PGC Early Years (Level 7),  BA Early Years (Level 6),  Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM Level 3), First Aid (Paediatric and First Aid at work) Designated Safeguarding Lead. Safer Recruitment Trained, Health and Safety Lead and Senco.
Sharon Beadle Deputy Manager: Trained in Diploma in Preschool Practice (level 3) , ILM (level 2), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Safer Recruitment Trained, First Aid Lead, First Aid (Paediatric and First Aid at work), Key Person.
Ali Kennett Preschool Room Leader:- Trained to BA Hons Early Years (level 6) , Equality and Diversity co-ordinator. First Aid (Paediatric and First Aid at work)Key Person.

Early Years Practitioners/ Key Persons/ First Aiders

Our key person system ensures:

● Each member of staff has particular responsibility for a small number of children.
● Each child has one special adult to relate to, assisting with settling in.
● The key person can easily tailor the curriculum to the unique needs of each individual child.
● Parent and carer contact is focussed on one member of staff, so allowing a better link to the home setting.
● All Key person’s have a buddy to support children in the instance of staff absence.
